Instant Muses

There’s no doubt we all have our own muse or muses that our Polaroid cameras seem to favor. Who are your instant-muses and why? Is it your classy gal pal or your crazy little brother? Your rocker boyfriend or the strange lady at the library? Do you feel that you capture them differently on Polaroid than if you used another camera? The Women and Men theme sections are where you can feature your muse front row and center. Take your favorite inspiration out for a summer Polaroid shoot and don’t forget to upload to The List!

Polaroid Apocalypse

Thursday, April 10th, 2008

Welcome to Polaroid Apocalypse!

Once I heard Polaroid was going to stop making instant film I knew I wanted to do some kind of bittersweet project before the film goes to the afterlife. With some dreaming and scheming, I came up with Polaroid Apocalypse, a theme-based Polaroid project for all of us to have fun and get creative with, in between the rage and tears from our favorite film’s demise.

Information about how PA works is on the About page. Sign up and start shooting to prepare for The End…
